The PQW UI is very flexible to suit your needs, by displaying only the elements that are relevant to you, and keeping the remaining data invisible.
Now, although it is very easy to change the layout whenever you want to, there is an even easier way to look at all data available at a particular screen, whether it is hidden or not.
Here is a step by step guide to do the same:
1. Download the "Salesforce inspector" extension by Soren Krabbe from the chrome web store.
1a. Click on "Add to chrome" and grant necessary permissions.
2. Open a page (say, a BoM) in the UI in PQW.
3. You will observe a small arrow at the right edge of your screen as following:
4. Click on it, and a window pops out as following. Click on "Show all data":
And you are good to go!
You can use the filter at the top to search by fieldNames and values.
