Issue:

Some customers have reported issues with importing PqW Quote from CCW-R.

The root cause has been identified to be empty Instance Number, in which case the record could not be inserted into PqW table due to invalid or duplicate unique external key.


Resolution:

PqW now support special code to identify such unexpected cases.

The empty Instance Number is replaced with PqW-generated value that is prefix with "SV".


We do not expect to have any side effects, but just want to make sure that you are aware of the solution, and perhpas can check with Cisco why this happens in the first place.
